Everest Poker launches TV show on ESPN Europe

Everest Poker is one of Europe's most popular online poker sites, and now its looking to take on the television realm as well. Monday night the Everest Poker Minute premiered on the European ESPN network.

The show is a part of a deal made between Everest Poker and ESPN that will have the poker site creating a series of 20, one-minute TV shows, that will air weekly for 20 weeks with four repeats each week.

Everest Poker Minute will feature professional poker players and amateur players as well as they discuss some of their favorite poker experiences.

Tips from pros such as T.J. Cloutier, Isabelle Mercier, Katja Thater, Lucas Pagano and more will also be featured.

"Everest Poker is constantly seeking out new ways to entertain players while bringing them insight into the poker game," said the poker site in a press release.

"This new TV deal is one of a number of projects which Everest Poker hopes will help amateur as well as more advanced poker players across Europe improve their skills."

The shows can be seen on ESPN's European Network, which airs in France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Poland and Portugal.
