It took nearly two months but this weekend Tom Dwan and Dan “jungleman12” Cates resumed the durrrr Challenge 2.

The pair made up for lost time by logging 2,120 hands of $200/$400 No-Limit Hold’em on Saturday.

Although jungleman12 jumped to an early lead going up just over $200k, Dwan would storm back and eventually peaked being up $91k.

Despite both players’ efforts, neither would finish the session with a significant win. Dwan won a paltry $13,000 which means he is now down $646k after 9,783 hands.

Neither player mentioned when the challenge will resume but railbirds are hoping they won’t have to wait nearly two months again.

Although the durrrr Challenge 2 proved to be anticlimactic, there was still some intense action on Full Tilt this weekend.

Di “Urindanger” Dang, who’s been lukewarm lately, made up for lost time by absolutely destroying his competition to take down $655k over the last few days.

Meanwhile David Benefield had one of the worst days of his career losing $608k on Saturday. Benefield lost $368k to Patrik Antonius in $500/$1,000 Cap PLO and the rest in a series of $200/$400 Six-Max games.

IHateJuice (+$354k), Arbianight ($277k) and DrugsOrMe ($231k) were all amongst the biggest winners this weekend while davin77 (-$274k) and GooGie MonA (-$174k) recorded some terrible sessions.

Ziigmund couldn’t stay away from the tables and added -$170k to his well-publicized losses this year.
