DrugsOrMe Derails Gus Hansen
After weeks of winning Gus Hansen was dealt a serious setback by online player DrugsOrMe last night.
Hansen, who has won over $2 million since mid-October, played 377 hands of $500/$1,000 Cap PLO against DrugsOrMe and couldn’t get anything going.
DrugsOrMe dragged several pots that were worth nearly $100k each and that was enough to overwhelm the Great Dane.
By the time the session finally concluded, Hansen had dumped $299k to DrugsOrMe.
After dipping under the $1 million loss mark for the first time in months earlier this week, Hansen is once again looking at another mountain to climb being down $1.4 million this year.
Meanwhile DrugsOrMe, who wasn’t active on Full Tilt until this year, has earned a total of $1.3 million in 2010.
There was plenty of action on FTP last night as recent upstart bemyguestbud continued his strong play by winning $258k. IHateJuice finally found a way to win against Patrik Antonius and took down $122k.
Ilari “Ziigmund” Sahamies finally posted a winning session last night. The aggressive Finn only won $67k but that’s a marked improvement from his recent losses.
In the loss column Hansen was king with his -$299k but Antonius (-$122k), luckexpress10 (-$105k), skjervoy (-$91k) and Sauce1234 (-$67k) also had bad nights.
David Benefield also played a huge heads-up session of $100/$200 No-Limit Hold’em against IReadYrSoul that eventually saw him lose $58k.
