ABA Entertainment, LLC is following seven poker players during the 2006 World Series of Poker (WSOP) to capture what the life of a professional poker player is really like.

To film the documentary, camera crews are following the seven players for six weeks from the tournament tables every step of the way to their shared residence. Their goal is to show what a roller coaster and grind the life of a professional poker player can be as the housemates compete for a WSOP bracelet.

Marc Goodwin, one of the pros being featured and the face of USA Poker, said that the players involved in the show aren't just housemates, they're also very competitive people. On the first day after everyone arrived at the residence, they played cards to see who would get which bedroom.

Goodwin also said he was excited to be chosen for the reality show and thought it would really give viewers an insight to what goes on with players behind the scenes at such a large tournament.
