Dane wins PokerStars Sunday Million

PokerStars.com's Sunday Million turned out to be a Scandinavian battle this weekend. RikkiTikki of Denmark defeated Sweden's Legato heads-up to win the $226,142 first prize.
No less than five countries were represented at the final table, and the European players got the better of the Americans this time.
Behind the top-placed Dane and Swede, Hungarian player Luigi da BP finished third and German bigbrain2005 fourth. The remaining five places at the final table were occupied by Americans.
In total, 2,919 players entered the PokerStars Sunday Million this weekend, creating a $1,459,500 a prize pool.
With three players left a deal that left $30,000 for the winner was made, meaning that RikkiTikki walked away with $226,142 instead of the announced $268,402 first prize.
