The PokerListings Daily 3-Bet is a special trick kite that dances around the blustery mid-afternoon poker news sky.

In today’s Daily 3-Bet we’ll take a look at the WSOPC heading Down Under, Phil Hellmuth getting his Ryder Cup on and an informative Sauce123 interview.

1) WSOPC Heads to Sydney

The World Series of Poker is heading to… Sydney?

That’s right, the WSOP is heading Down Under yet again this November but this time around it’s for a Circuit stop not a major WSOP Asia-Pacific or anything of that magnitude.

Running from Nov. 22 to Dec. 12, WSOPC Sydney will offer 11 tournaments with a $2,000 Main Event.

As usual the Main Event winner and overall casino champion will receive a seat into the 2017 WSOP Global Casino Championship.

Late November is not a bad time to take advantage of sunny Sydney if any poker pros are looking for a vacation (or just a place to play some online poker).

Crown Casino in Melbourne is an extraordinary place to play poker but it’s nice to see Sydney getting a bit of action as well.

2) Phil Hellmuth is Team Europe at Ryder Cup?

So Phil Hellmuth is entrenched at the Ryder Cup to play some poker and take in some world-class golf.

He posted this photo yesterday, which at first glance made it appear he’s pulling for Europe in the seminal tournament.

Follow his finger though and you’ll see he’s firmly behind USA. Cue the Stella Artois bath in 3… 2… 1…

3) Sauce123 Talks WCOOP, Poker Mindset

Ben “Sauce123” Sulsky just might be the most consist (not to mention underrated) high-stakes online poker pro in history.

Year after year, Sulsky just wins.

He’s clearly a very intelligent dude, which is why his appearances on Joey Ingram’s Poker Life Podcast are pretty much a must-watch.

Ingram got Sulsky on the line yesterday and Sauce definitely dropped a couple knowledge bombs.
