In today’s Daily 3-Bet we’ll take a look at Jeff Madsen looking to join a GPL team, WSOP interns and Daniel Negreanu guest-starring on a Canadian TV show.
Jeff Madsen: GPL Wildcard?
Attention GPL Team Managers: could we interest you in a slightly used Jeff Madsen?
Madsen Tweeted yesterday that he wouldn’t mind taking one of the Wildcard spots and specifically mentioned Chris Moneymaker’s LV Moneymakers.
Madsen has an impressive body of work in poker, to say the least.
He burst onto the scene in 2006 with two enormous bracelet wins at the WSOP. At the time he was the youngest bracelet winner ever.
Madsen has amassed $5.1 million in lifetime live tournament earnings and picked up two more WSOP bracelets.
He’s been remarkably consistent over the years and currently sits 119th on the Global Poker Index.
You could certainly do a lot worse than mad-dog Madsen.

3) Negreanu: “I’m Moving Back to Canada if Trump Wins”
All the media outlets seem to be on board. The Canadian Broadcasting Company is the latest network to tap Negreanu for a segment on comedy show 22 Minutes.
