Chris Ferguson breaks WSOP Circuit records

Last week, Team Full Tilt Poker member Chris "Jesus" Ferguson won the $10,000 No-Limit Hold'em World Series of Poker Circuit (WSOPC) Championship at Harrah's Las Vegas, taking home $362,088 and becoming the first pro player to win 2 WSOPC events.

Ferguson also won the $10,000 No-Limit Hold'em WSOPC Championship tournament at Harrah's Rincon Casino in San Diego, CA this past March.

It is estimated that Ferguson has collected over $1.7 million in tournament wins so far this year, having finished in the money in 10 other major events, including second place finishes in the WSOP's $2,000 Pot-Limit Omaha event and at the 2005 National Heads-Up Poker Championship. He is considered by fellow pro and Team Full Tilt player Howard Lederer to be "the most successful player at the WSOP this decade;" Including his most recent wins, Ferguson has earned more than $4,100,000 in the WSOP and WSOPC alone.

As a Team Full Tilt member, Ferguson represents the online gaming site and plays poker several hours a week in its poker rooms, helping online amateurs improve their game by offering tips through real-time chats at the tables. He is joined by a slew of other top players at Full Tilt, including Howard Lederer, Phil Gordon, Clonie Gowen, Jennifer Harman, Erick Lindgren, Phil Ivey, Erik Seidel, Andy Bloch and John Juanda, among others.
