CelebPoker League launches

CelebPoker.com has announced the launch of the CelebPoker League. According to the poker room, four multi-table tournaments will be held each week and award massive prizes to winners, including a first place prize of a $15,000 seat to the World Poker Tour (WPT) Five Diamond event at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

The Poker League will be hosted every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday at 9 p.m. (GMT) beginning on Monday, March 6, 2006. It will run until Friday, September 7, 2006. Weekday events will boast a $10 buy-in, while "Double Point Sunday" will have a $20 buy-in.

Participating players can check their Poker League placings regularly at CelebPoker.com, as well as the results of all previous League games.
