Bodog.com pros' winning streak ended

David Williams

By Sarah Polson

Bodog.com's team of pro players has been on a roll the past few weeks as they've managed to defeat the weekly Tournament Leader Board Winner a couple weeks in a row. That streak was ended Tuesday, though, when David Williams faced off against head2782.

According to BodogBeat, head2782 had topped the leader board last week to earn his shot at a pro.

Because the $1,000 pot is rolled over to the next week if the pro wins the heads-up match, head2782 was playing for $3,000.

David Williams wasn't able to extend the pros' streak, and head2782 walked away with the extra cash and the pride of beating a pro.

Bodog.com keeps track of a weekly, monthly and yearly winner with its Tournament Leader Board. The weekly winner gets to play against a pro - Williams, Josh Arieh or Evelyn Ng.

The monthly leader board winner receives 2,000 tournament credits to use at the poker site.
