Bodog.com offers online qualifiers to Wild Card Poker II

Bodog.com players can have a cheap shot at winning a $2 million grand prize package at the Calvin Ayre Wild Card Poker II, with buy-ins prized at only $5+50¢ or 300 Bodog Poker Points.

Starting today, Bodog.com players can compete in a series of qualifying tournaments each Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

The top five players in each event are automatically entered into the April 28 final featuring players from around the world.

By winning a seat at the Calvin Ayre Wild Card Poker II online players make an appearance on the small screen, as the tournament is filmed for international broadcast.

Even more heartening is the $2 million grand prize and host of rewards for top-placing poker players.

The grand prize includes $1 million in cash, plus a one-year $1 million contract with Bodog.com. The second-place winner earns a trip for two to Antigua and a dinner with Bodog founder and tournament host Calvin Ayre.

Third place receives a home entertainment system, fourth places receives a customized poker table and fifth place prize is a flat screen TV.
