Bodog.com crowns Easiest Contest Ever winner

Brett Bowman, from North Dakota, was the big winner of Bodog.com's inaugural Easiest Contest Ever, taking home the $100,000 grand prize.

"This was truly the easiest contest any of our players could enter," says Calvin Ayre, Bodog.com founder and CEO. "Our goal was to create a contest so absurdly easy to enter that all our international customers had to worry about was gearing up for what really matters - football season. The next step was to deliver on the $100,000 grand prize. Brett is the realization of Bodog.com holding true to its word."

All active Bodog.com players whose total online deposits were at least $100 between Aug.3 and Sept. 15 were entered for a chance to win the $100,000. Many people were entered without even knowing about the contest.

"It took me a few minutes to even recall the contest," Bowman said. All the 33-year-old did to win was deposit money at the site and then play online.

The grand prize has already been put in Bowman's account and he said he plans to spend some of it to buy a new GMC Denali.
