Bodog Music artists to perform at Fangoria Chainsaw Awards
By Sarah Polson
Bodog Music will be well-represented at the Fangoria Chainsaw Awards Oct. 15 in Los Angeles as two of its artists, Neurosonic and The Vincent Black Shadow, will perform along with stars such as Rob Zombie, Slipknot, and Chingy. The award show will air on the Fuse network Oct. 22.
Neurosonic will kick off the events Oct. 13 with an appearance on The Fangoria Show, hosted by former Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snyder, on Sirius Satellite Radio.
"I think it is absolutely amazing that I am playing an event as twisted and dark as the Fangoria show," said Neurosonic frontman Jason Darr.
Darr and Cassandra Ford, from The Vincent Black Shadow, will then rock the "Black Carpet" of the Fangoria Chainsaw Awards, which recognizes the best in horror cinema, music, and television. They will also be presenters during the show.
After the show, The Vincent Black Shadow will play during the "Gala of Gore" post-show party.
"Fans of horror films and videos are among the most passionate of any genre, and we're happy to have our Bodog Music artists involved in these awards," said Calvin Ayre, founder and CEO of Bodog.com.
