The Dream Team Poker crew staged the second iteration of their popular team-play poker tournaments at the Rio on Sunday.

The $1,500 buy-in tournament attracted 122 teams of three players apiece, with celebrities like Jose Canseco and video game creator Mike Morhaime joining forces with poker pros and industry types in a quest for a claim to the $33,017 team and $16,473 individual first prizes.

Among the poker players in attendance were Gavin Smith, Jerry Yang, Tom McEvoy, Liz Lieu and Barry Greenstein, the latter filling in on Team Poker Road as son Joe Sebok is still alive in the World Series of Poker's Main Event.

Bodog Poker also fielded a team, with Evelyn Ng, David Williams and Justin Bonomo sporting the red and black.

Representing the industry types were Lacey Jones, Lara Miller, Tao of Poker's Dr. Pauly, Pokerati's Dan Michalski and the Wicked Chops boys (Snake pictured), best known for their seminal "Girl on the Rail" photo series.

At press time, Liz Lieu, Evelyn Ng and Lacey Jones had all been eliminated, thus greatly reducing our enthusiasm for the event.

The two-day tournament will play down to a champion tomorrow. Look for blog coverage right here on PokerListings.com.
