We've made it to the money here at the 2008 World Poker Open and we couldn't have asked for a better roster of big-name pros. As the afternoon began we were a little worried about the number of eliminations we would need before calling it a night and by the end of the evening we found our suspicions confirmed as it took more than 14 hours to pare the field down to the 27 who made the money.
One hundred and forty-three players began the day, with Chad Brown leading the pack. By the end of the night, though, Brown would be out of the event, his throne usurped by none other than T.J. Cloutier and Barry Greenstein all still in the running.
