Beginning with the WPT's fifth annual Festa al Lago at Bellagio in Las Vegas, my colleague Matthew Showell and I will travel the globe in search of the world's best poker tournaments. We'll be covering both the Canadian Open and the North American Poker Championship in Niagara Falls, Ontario, at the end of October, and from there we'll fly to Elizabeth, Ind., home of the WSOPC tournament at Caesars Indiana. It'll be tough, but Matt and I have both decided we're willing to sacrifice any semblance of normal lives to provide the most complete coverage of poker events available.
In November, you can catch us at the Foxwoods Resort and Casino in Connecticut for the WPT's World Poker Finals and after that at the Monte Carlo Millions in Monaco and the Caribbean Poker Classic in St. Kitts. Like I said, tough life.
December will see PokerListings.com providing coverage of the WSOPC event at Harrah's Atlantic City, as well as the WPT's Five Diamond Classic at Bellagio. After the Christmas break we'll fly down to the Caribbean again for the PokerStars.com Caribbean Adventure and then Matt gets to take a trip to Melbourne, Australia, for the Aussie Millions while I settle down for two weeks in Tunica. It's okay to hate us now. Or hate Matt, at least.
Anyway, take a look at the WPT and WSOPC event schedules, and you've got a pretty good idea where we'll be. We're really looking forward to the challenge of creating the most exciting tournament coverage around, and we hope you're looking forward to reading it. And if you're at one of these tournaments and you see us around, come and say hi. We always like to meet our readers, and with any luck we'll be posting your picture with a whole lot of cash in our tournament winner's section in the coming months.
