Perhaps the most exciting part of the tournament is the fact that the field should be almost entirely big name players because of the buy-in. There's a very good chance that we could see a final table of T.J. Cloutier
One of the elders at the WSOP, Cloutier is an experienced veteran of all games poker. Some of his recent accomplishments include the 2004 WSOP Razz event and in 2005 he won a WSOP No-Limit Hold'em event. Cloutier has six WSOP bracelets and is always a threat. Look for him to do well with some of the less popular games like Razz and Stud.
9. Todd Brunson
Some people probably expected to see Doyle's name here, not Todd's. As it stands, Todd is an exceptional player that can play many different games very well. Although he hasn't exactly been burning it up this year (no cash finishes, yet), the H.O.R.S.E. event could be the one that turns it around for him. It feels like it's finally his time to shine.
