   The only difference between Phil Ivey and him is Phil Ivey is 10 times (or maybe 100 times) the degenerate wasteful spender this guy is, only Ivey doesn't talk about it on a blog. So if you want to give him shit for publishing this, fine - don't criticize him for the behavior, it is quite common among young people who earned tons of money they did not work particularly hard for. (see most people in professional sports)

    To all the haters, I have some questions:
    
    If you had the option to be driven around in a rolls or take a cab, which would you pick?
    
    If you had the money and wanted luggage, would you buy the best (I know it's trendy, but it is legitimately top quality), or would you buy am almost disposable nylon Hayes bag?
    
    If you wanted baller shades (and let's be honest, 90% of the time we grab shades for the look, not the functionality), and could afford some truly pimp ones, would you buy $75 Oakleys instead?
    
    It sounds to me like there's a bunch of jealous haters. This guy doesn't spend any more money on baller shit than any other baller pro. Shit, Ivey's andtonius and others have been known to order 100+ bottles of Crystal.

Anywho there's no reason to make fun of a guy who - for better or worse - agreed to post a public blog of his poker life. If he spends money wrecklessly so be it.     I agree that you overplayed the 9's. I don't mind the three bet squeeze, but once he ships on you there are only two options:
    He thinks you're squeezing and has nothing
    He has the goods
    
    Considering the amount of chips in play, and the number of players left, I have to think that he has the goods more often than not here, either way a flip is your best case scenario.
    
    I think you should eat the 3-bet loss and dump the hand. You're still in good shape, and better than the majority of the field at that point, you can find a better spot to chunk later.
