Well, at least I got a good sweat out of the $750k guaranteed ... even if it came with a little heartache.

I had a pretty big stack for most of the tournament and did my best to put a lot of focus on this over my other tables. I feel I played really well for most of the tournament and was happy to that end.

I actually almost made the sickest comeback of my career to final table this thing. I was crippled to ~35k @ 14/28k but played patiently and folded a few hands. Eventually I managed to run it back up to about 600k in two levels!  

Unfortunately, I ended up running A-J into A-K at 17/34k when we were playing shorthanded near the final table bubble. Either way, it just reinforces a crucial concept in poker tournaments: DON'T EVER GIVE UP. In fact, I think I'm just going to turn that into its own future blog post since it's so important.
