We just got our ballot in the mail for the 2010 Poker Hall of Fame. PokerListings.com gets one of the 33 total votes for this year's induction.
The list of nominees came out a little while ago, and it's pretty much what we expected. Eight of the ten names were on the list of nominees last year.
We need your help so read on to check out the list of HOF hopefuls and comment at the bottom of the page with who you want to see take it.
This year two legendary poker players will be inducted into the Hall of Fame. The nominees are:
- Chris Ferguson
- Barry Greenstein
- Jennifer Harman
- Dan Harrington
- Phil Ivey
- Linda Johnson
- Tom McEvoy
- Daniel Negreanu
- Scotty Nguyen
- Erik Seidel
They've figured out a pretty good voting system which involves spreading your vote across up to three people, and also weighting it in favor of who you think is most deserving.
We get ten points and we can distribute them across one, two or three players. The voting instructions say we also have the option of picking zero players, but we probably won't need to exercise it.
We've got a pretty good idea of who we want to see make it but we're still interested in hearing what you think.
Comment below and you might have a hand in picking the next poker Hall of Famer!
