In my last blogpost I mentioned how I was going to be heading to Vegas to play the last two events at the Wynn Classic. Unfortunately, those events didn't go so well for me.

I busted the $2k a few hours in, and the $5k main. I lasted a long time but busted well short of the money midway into Day 2.

I decided to chill in Vegas for a couple days and just fly to Indiana from there, instead of heading home first. I went out for St. Patty's Day which was absolutely crazy. A bunch of us went to a buddy's house and started drinking at like 11 am.

We went down to Oshea's on the strip around 2 pm and partied down there for a while. Luckily I had a day to recover from that day of partying before having to get on a flight today.

I learned my lesson when I left Florida to come to Vegas. I somehow thought that it was a good idea to go out and party the night before my 7 am flight to. I was just going to either stay up all night or pass out for a couple hours before leaving for the airport at 5:30 am.

I ended up passing out at like 3 or 3:30 in the morning and barely making my flight. I was sooooo miserable on the flight, hungover and sick to my stomach. It was one of the worst trips ever and I definitely learned my lesson. I will not ever get on a flight with very little sleep and after drinking. That combination is too lethal.

This is the last WPT that I'll be playing until after the World Series. I'm hoping to get a win here! After this, I'll be home for a little bit before NAPT Mohegan Sun and then the trip for EPT San Remo and EPT Monte Carlo. Then SCOOP then WSOP!!!
