John Racener

Although John Racener is only 25, he's coming to the 2010 WSOP Main Event final table as one of the most experienced and decorated players of the nine. He brings with him 19,050,000, good for fourth in chips.

Racener, who hails from Tampa Bay, has been a poker pro all his adult life and been cashing in major tournaments since 2006.

He first appeared on the poker media's radar in 2007 when he nearly made the final table of the 2007 WPT Borgata Winer Open, eventually finishing eighth for $166,161.

Not to be discouraged Racener won the World Series of Poker Circuit Atlantic City event for $379,392 just a few months later.

Since then Racener has cashed eight times at the WSOP making a final table in the 2009 $5,000 Pot-Limit Omaha-8 Event.

An online player, Racener has also recorded over $1 million in earnings on the internet, playing under the screen names $JMONEY$, POCKET FIVE and 5MONEY5.

No matter how Racener fares at the final table, he will be in for the biggest score of his live tournament career.

My wish for John is that he wins this tournament! I am amazed that he has done so well playing poker. He was a friend of my twin boys and we have pictures of him at his 10th birthday party. Have fun John! Tell your Mom and Patty hi for me!
