A lot of people think I'm crazy when I spend my day off from a major tournament ... well, grinding more tournaments.
But it turned out to be a good idea, since I took down the FullTilt $50k guaranteed $163 freezeout for over $32k! Not a bad score for my "day off."
Anyway, back to the tournament at hand.
On the surface, my table draw for Day 2 was approximately a thousand times better than on Day 1. There were more unknowns at my table, and the known players were ones like Surinder Sunar and Alan Jaffrey, whom I generally wouldn't expect to pose much of a threat and who aren't very tricky.
But looks can be deceiving, as the two tough spots at the table were both much trickier and more aggressive than anyone I had to deal with on Day 1 ... and both had position on me. They were Andrew "good2cu" Robl and Matt Stout Blog Entries
