Jeff Shulman

If you didn't know the name Jeff Shulman already, this final table appearance should more than solidify the name into your brain.

Born in 1975, in Seattle Washington, Shulman credits his poker ability to playing cards at summer camp while in the third grade.

Now the president and chief operating officer of Card Player Media LLC, Shulman has spent more time in the money of major poker tournaments than most anyone.

As documented in the infamous Positively Fifth Street by James McManus, at the age of 25 Shulman made it deep in the first WSOP Main Event he ever played, finishing seventh for $146k after losing his gigantic chip lead to the eventual winner, Chris Ferguson.

Since that monumental night Shulman has gone on to win almost $1.3 million in various poker tournaments around the world.

He enters the 2009 WSOP Main Event final table fourth in chips with 19,580,000.
