Betfair's Poker Masters to air on Sky Sports

Betfair Poker has announced that its inaugural Poker Masters of Europe will be seen by a potential audience of 10 million viewers when it airs on Sky Sports this spring. The event will take place in London May 11-14.

The invitation-only tournament will feature 36 players from around the world and offer a prize pool of just under $300,000.

Thirty of poker's top international pros are expected to shell out the $7,500 buy-in for a chance at the $100,000 first-place prize, while the remaining six competitors will win their seats online at Betfair Poker.
