Avalanche satellite at Everest Poker on Saturday
By Erik Sylven
The Everest Poker Avalanche is the poker room's biggest event ever, and the site is offering its players yet another satellite to the Sept. 15 online final on Saturday at 3 p.m. (GMT).
Everest Poker's Avalanche will culminate with a live final at an undisclosed location, where ten players will compete for a $1 million first prize.
The online final is the way to get a seat in the live final, but there are cheaper options than paying the $5,000+$300 buy-in.
Pre-qualifiers divided into three different levels are available:
Daily Round 1 satellites cost $3+30¢ or $11+$1, and lead up to the weekly Round 2 satellites which have a $56+$5 buy-in.
The next step are Round 3 $530+$30 satellites, in which seats to the online final are up for grabs. Round 3 satellites are hosted once a month, with the next one scheduled for Saturday at 3 p.m. (GMT).
