Antonius Tops $1 Million in Three Days
Patrik Antonius absolutely crushed the high stakes online games this weekend winning over $1 million.
The Team Full Tilt Pro played 2,836 hands in the last three days with the majority of his profits coming from $300/$600 Six-Max PLO and $2,000/$4,000 Omaha Hi-Lo.
All the usual suspects were involved including Phil Ivey, Ilari “Ziigmund” Sahamies, Tom "durrrr" Dwan, cadillac1944 and Ingenious89.
Antonius raked several huge pots from fellow Finn Sahamies, which helped make him a massive winner in the game.
In total Antonius earned $1.1 million this weekend which takes him from being down $387k in 2010 to a profit of $713k.
It was almost the exact opposite for Ziigmund who lost $921k, dropping the swingy Finn down to almost even for 2010.
Some of the other big winners over the weekend included Limit-specialist deprimiert who won $748k and cadillac1944 who took down $435k.
Malestra Pam lost an astounding $720,000 while Gus Hansen, who just won his first WSOPE bracelet at the £10k Heads-Up for £288,409, lost $434k this weekend. Tom “durrrr” Dwan also had a forgettable weekend as he dropped $346k.
