Matt “ADZ124” Marafioti continued his strong play in the high stakes games on PokerStars last night.

Marafioti has been dominating the $25/$50 No-Limit Hold’em games on PokerStars and last night he burned through 1,545 hands on his way to an $89k victory.

The Toronto-native is now up to over $200k in profit this year, thanks to a red-hot upswing this week.

Marafioti isn’t as well known as high stakes killers like Patrik Antonius or Phil Ivey but has made his own waves on the poker scene with ridiculous prop bets and a controversial reality show about his life. ADZ124 usually sticks to the $25/$50 level but has been known to play the odd $200/$400 session.

He has also had a great deal of success in live tournaments with final tables at the WSOP, NAPT and PCA. He’s earned nearly $1.5 million at various stops around the globe.

Despite his success last night, Marafioti wasn’t the biggest winner online last night. That honor went ZInsenamnn who took down $137k.

It was a slower night on Full Tilt as slipped away (+$74k) and Seb86 (+$71k) were the biggest winners. Also of note was XWINK taking down $41k in his seemingly never-ending quest to once again rise to the top of the online poker charts.

AltiFC was the biggest loser of the night, dropping a total of $89k on PokerStars. Patrik Antonius finally cooled off a bit last night as he lost $72k.

Some of the other players to dip into the red included GIAMPP (-$61k), LeeNelsonP* (-$56k), Flufferd (-$56k) and Martin Kabrhel (-$46k).
