Absolute Poker offers very decent game variety with a wide range of games available in a multitude of limits. The games offered are Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Omaha Hi-Lo, Seven-Card Stud, Seven-Card Stud Hi-Lo and Razz. All games are spread in Limit, No-Limit and/or Pot-Limit.

The games range from heads-up to six-handed and 10-handed in No-Limit, Pot-Limit and Limit. The fixed-limit and pot-limit games vary from $50/$100 down to 2¢/4¢, although most games are still concentrated in the micro- and medium-limits. The No-Limit games vary from $15/$30 down to 5¢/10¢, with the bulk of the action taking place in the low- to medium-stakes.

Absolute Poker offers great action at any limit in Texas Hold’em. Other games are picking up in popularity, but Texas Hold’em is still the dominant game. The majority of the ring games are six-handed, but there are also 10-handed tables and heads-up tables available. Absolute Poker has peak cash-game traffic of 1,800 real-money players at peak hours as of November 2008.

Absolute Poker offers most action at the low and medium limits, where the games vary from fairly loose to just plain loose. Games in the lower limits often have a viewed-flop percentage reaching 50-60% or more. This translates into very action-packed, juicy games for the small-stakes player.

Absolute Poker uses a “no flop, no drop” policy, and the rake is 5% on all types of games (for all limits and number of players) to a maximum of $3.
