Titan Poker gets a facelift, adds academy
By Erin Warner
Titan Poker went under the virtual knife this week and has emerged with a slick and edgy new look.
Instead of Titan's signature blue-toned colors, the site took its cue from playing cards to debut a new black and red design. This is accompanied by flash technology, featuring card and chip graphics.
But the poker room's changes aren't just superficial. The site has also added Titan Poker Academy, a place for players to get interactive lessons and learn more about the game.
The academy has four main sections including poker lessons to watch interactive, step-by-step tutorials; the basic beginner's guide to get started playing poker; a beginners club for new players to learn how to improve their game; and a pro club for those who want to know more about topics such as strategy, psychology, bluffing or winning online tournaments.
Poker academy players will be guided by a professional while learning.
