80 Events, 7-Day Cards-Up Stream Showcase Huge EPT Grand Final

Remember the European Poker Tour?

After an extended break since the last event wrapped in Dublin in February the EPT is about to return in grand fashion with an 11-day, 80-event blowout to wrap Season 12.

Always a spectacular locale, the early line for the S12 finale in Monaco is for massive fields and prize pools with 302 online qualifiers already for the €5,300 EPT Main Event alone.

Other big events to look forward to from April 26-May 6:

  • New €10,000 High Roller to kick off the festival
  • 7 days of cards-up coverage on EPT Live stream
  • Live stream coverage of €1,000 FPS Monaco Main Event final table
  • Live Spin & Go tournaments

Expanded Cards-Up, Ronaldo in the Mix

The biggest addition for 2016, at least for fans at home, is the expanded cards-up coverage for the EPT Live Stream.

Out in grand style.

Previously limited to just the final-table coverage, this is the first time EPT Live will feature hole cards (on 30-minute delay) daily including from Day 2 of the Main Event.

The €100k Super High Roller and FPS Monaco Main Event final tables also get the cards-up treatment.

With 302 qualifiers (121 of whom won €9k packages in €10 Spin & Gos) and a reduced buy-in, the main event will see hundreds of newcomers experience Monaco for the first time.

With 155 players qualifying for the €1,100 FPS Main Event a record-field is expected there as well.

Other festival highlights:

  • €150 buy-in Right to Play charity event on April 30
  • Appearance by Brazilian football legend Ronaldo Nazario
  • €50,000 Single-Day Super High Roller
  • €25,000 High Roller
  • 2016 European Poker Awards
