2007 WSOP: Doyle Brunson makes final table

Beware Phil Hellmuth. Doyle Brunson has made the final table of the $10,000 World Championship Omaha Pot-Limit event at the 2007 World Series of Poker, and is looking to tie the "Poker Brat's" record for eleven won WSOP bracelets.

Doyle Brunson will come to the final table in fifth position with $510,000 chips in his stack, compared to leader Tommy Ly, who sits with $1,895,000.

The competition for one of the most prestigious bracelets at the 2007 WSOP will be tough, however, as the final table is packed with skilled and experienced players, including Patrik Antonius, Robert Mizrachi and Marco Traniello.

Meanwhile, a new golden bracelet was awarded for Event 49, $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em. Chandrasekhar Billavara took first place and gets $722,914 in prize money. Taylor Douglas finished second earning $467,101, while third-place finisher John Hunt gets $292,476.

Day 2 of Event 51, $1,000 S.H.O.E. was completed, and the final table was set. Adam Geyer tops the field ahead of Dao Bac and Imre Leibold.

Event 51, $1,000 No-Limit Hold'em got away with its opening day. A number of big names are still in contention, including chip leader David Williams, Jeffrey Lisandro, Thomas Wahlroos, Peter Feldman, Phil Hellmuth, Mike Matusow, Joe Hachem, Jamie Gold and J.C. Tran.
