The 5th Annual Casino Affiliate Convention (CAC), scheduled for May 3-5 in Amsterdam, is set to be the biggest ever. The exhibit hall is sold out, a full house of attendees is expected, and all of Europe's major players in the online gaming business will be there.
Already the largest affiliate conference in the gaming industry, this year's edition - at the NH Grand Krasnapolsky Hotel - has more exhibitors registered than ever before, with a veritable who's who of European online gaming set to appear.
Ladbrokes, Victor Chandler's VC Affiliates, William Hill, and ToteSport have all confirmed they'll exhibit at the event, which covers advanced internet marketing and advertising methods for the casino, poker, bingo and sportsbook industry.
This year's focus will be specifically marketing to the E.U., since the passing of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA) has limited access to the American market and recent E.U. regulation has seen a surge in U.K.-based companies joining the industry.
Among the guest speakers set to address some of the relevant issues will be Thibault Verbiest, considered by many in the industry to be the foremost expert on gaming law in Europe.
To serve the Asian affiliate market as well, parent company Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc. have also announced a Casino Affiliate Convention planned for Macau from November 28-29, 2007.
