Take it Down is a new leaderboard system that awards daily cash prizes to players who finish in the top 20. It begins May 9 and will run through May 25.
Take it Down differs a bit from traditional leaderboards because it’s not based around earning Full Tilt Points (although you will earn some).
Instead Take it Down rewards players who win the most hands.
FTP Also Adds Special $5k Take it Down Freerolls
To win leaderboard points in Take it Down you simply have to win a hand that gets to the flop. You will be given a number of points equal to the number of players dealt into the hand. If you’re playing a 6-handed table, then you’ll receive six points for winning a hand.
To take part in Take it Down you must play at least 150 qualifying hands over the day.
Both No-Limit Hold’em and Pot-Limit Omaha games are eligible as well as the Rush Poker and Adrenaline Rush versions.
What’s everyone playing for? More than $1,500 in free cash every day.
There are actually two separate leaderboards based on stakes. The “low” one is any games that are $.01/$.02 to $.10/$.25 while the “high” is anything $.25/$.50 and above.
The cash prizes vary with first place in the high category netting the winner $200.
Any player who makes it into the end-of-day top 20 twice will also be given a ticket to a $5k Take it Down Freeroll Flipout Tournament.
